The Pecking Order app may change, be interrupted or discontinued at any time, without notice.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You are solely responsible for everything you write, import, dictate or publish on the app and through a shared link. Pecking Order does not review, moderate or endorse user content and is not responsible for any of it. Do not use the app for unlawful, abusive, infringing or harmful content. Do not put other people's personal data in the app and in shared links.

Pecking Order is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the app, including lost, corrupted or unsynchronised data, forgotten or missing items, or anything shared through a public link. Keep your own copy of anything important — the export functions are there for that.

Keep your login details secure. Accounts or shared links that are abused, or that break these terms, may be removed. You can delete your account at any time from the Privacy page.

These terms may be updated as the app evolves.
